Celebrate the Festival of Freedom in the world’s largest safari
We invite you to join us for a Powerful Passover Safari experience in a Kosher Mehadrin atmosphere and the largest and most elegant Seder night in Africa
Departure from Israel and landing in Kenya in the afternoon. Driving to the hotel, an African reception, a light lunch, checking in rooms, a short rest and immediately leaving for the first acquaintance with Kenya and the first meeting with the local population, the possibility of exchanging money, purchasing a local SIM. Return to the hotel for dinner. Introductory conversations and explanations about the events of the following days. Bedikat Chametz. Erev Shabbat Kodesh: Kabbalat Shabbat and evening prayers in the synagogue at the hotel facing the sea. We will gather for a Shabbat meal in all its glory with the best delicacies and food. Shabbat songs and innovations.
“Shabbat HaGadol”: waking up early for a pastoral Shabbat morning, for coffee and cake before prayer, morning prayers with Torah reading in the synagogue at the hotel, kiddush and cakes and a second meal. “Bi’ur Chametz”. During the afternoon an amazing walk on the beach. The staff will take you on a walk during the low tide (sea safari) and watch the low tide that reveals the treasures of the sea and for walks in the areas close to the hotel or another activity of your choice. The first day safari – the highlight of the trip – “three days of much more than just a safari” – the safari experience you’ve been waiting for so long – has arrived! We get on the special jeeps for the land cruiser safari and go on a safari in the Taita Hills reserve from the special reserves of Kenya. Arrival at THE SALT LICK SAFARI LODGE, one of the most famous lodges in the world. Preparation and another departure for an evening safari. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. Full board
Second Day Safari: This day will be fully dedicated to a safari between the two reserves, after breakfast we drive to the Tsavo Reserve – which is the largest reserve in Kenya, as soon as we enter the reserve, we will experience a real safari with some of the animals of the Big Five of Africa. The kitchen staff will meet us at the reserve and serve us lunch, continue the tour of the reserve and return to THE SALT LICK SAFARI LODGE for dinner and accommodation. Full board
The third day safari – a morning tour of the reserve, return to the lodge for breakfast, a tour and departure from the reserve, an optional visit to the Maasai tribe and departure to the coastal city of Mombasa. Arriving at the hotel for rest, preparations for Shabbat.
Funzi Island Cruise – Thousands of Israelis have defined the cruise to Funzi Island as an “unforgettable experience “Departure to the southern part of Mombasa, crossing by ferry, a day cruise to Funzi Island and the Disappearing Island on the Tanzanian border. Ride on a dhow and an authentic visit into the Swahili tribes located on the shores of the Indian Ocean. Lunch at the island’s restaurant facing the sea and among the mangrove trees. During the afternoon there is the possibility of tours and activities near the hotel. Activity in the pool, and activities for children and family. Mincha prayer and third meal: a varied meal. Ma’ariv prayer, Saturday night and holiday, Havdalah and preparations for the Mimouna celebration that will be celebrated with dinner and holiday foods. Acrobatics shows and Maasai dances.
After breakfast, we will go out for a marine activity “Marine Park” and “Sea Safari”. The activity includes glass boats, walking in the water during low tide and meeting the water animals. Option B: Free morning, you can enjoy a wellness day, massages, braiding, return to a light lunch and transfer to the airport for your flight back to Israel. |

Have you always been afraid to celebrate Passover abroad? With us, all the food is strictly kosher, including all the strict certifications including Passover and throughout the year. We own a kosher kitchen and restaurant in the resort hotel that provides kosher food through the year with the supervision of a permanent Mashgiach kashrut. A chef and kashrut supervisor will accompany us closely on the trip, ensuring hot, kosher, and tasty food.
